Application process:

The Russiaville Community Outreach will begin reviewing the applications on April 15.  We will award the Western High School Senior that we think displays outstanding leadership skills, volunteers for their community, and maintains good grades with a $500 scholarship.  The winning applicant(s) will be notified once a decision has been made no later than May 15.
